ISRAEL'S ANNUAL ANNUITY AID PROGRAM

To believe that the multifarious love affair between the United States and Israel is a noble ideal
and a mutually benevolent affair designed and choreographed to assist a tiny democratic country
surrounded by hostile enemies on all sides is tantamount to believing in the tooth fairy. Their
mutual goals and ambitions in the Middle East are much grander and greater than this often stated and repeated ideal.

The size and content of Israel’s annual annuity aid program, for yet unstated and still unclear
reasons remains unknown and unpublished. It has been estimated to be in the five to six billion
dollar range of economic and military assistance and appropriations. Clearly an annual drain on
the American budget still not properly understood and recognized by tax paying American
citizens who every four years elect a national government to protect and guide their nation. It is
said that an informed electorate is necessary for a vibrant and progressive democracy. Solitary
voices ask “Why, How much, What for, Who says” in the Senate and the Congress. These voices
in the wilderness are quickly deflected and silenced.. The European press often asks these same
questions, as do the Village and Metro newspapers of America. Again no reply from Washington’s Administration.

Israel is a small country, a very small country: in land size, in population and in its economy. In
many ways it can be compared to a host of second and third class countries. Yet , since its birth
in 1948 it has taken on the international status of a nuclear nation, equipped with the world’s finest and latest military knowhow and equipment. It has a national housing, medical and educational
social infrastructure which rivals that of many more mature industrial nations having greater
populations and much greater gross national production. Other than producing a few agricultural
products for export along with a strong diamond cutting industry, Israel has little else to offer to
the world although it now has some small developments in plastics, scientific equipment,
computer programs, and a textile industry. It has very limited natural resources and its tourist
business has been severely hurt by continuing acts of internal civil strife and civilian bombings
and deaths in its major cities. So how did it achieve the international status it now possesses ?
That question can only be answered by the citizens of Great Britain and the United States of
America whose politicians have established and supported the State of Israel and now endow its
existence annually with financial and military assistance and support programs. Ultimately the
question must be answered also by the citizens of the world through their United Nations
representatives.

ESPN.com quotes a series of e-mail excerpts between Leipold and Rodier that seem to indicate Bettman was against Balsillie's owning the Predators, long before the co-chief executive officer of Research in Motion acquired the lease for the Copps Coliseum in Hamilton and held a drive for season tickets.
Those two pre-emptive actions by Balsillie are cited often by NHL sources as the reasons for the league cooling on him as a potential owner, even though its executive council approved him last fall when he wanted to buy the Pittsburgh Penguins.
According to ESPN.com, in early May, nearly three weeks before Leipold announced he had an agreement in principle to sell the team to Balsillie, both Rodier and Leipold made reference in e-mail correspondence to Bettman's "cease and desist" order. In an e-mail message dated May 4, Leipold writes, "I would say the cease and desist order is still in play."
NHL spokesman Gary Meagher said Friday "the commissioner never ordered a cease-and-desist order to Mr. Leipold."
In e-mail dated May 3, Leipold wrote that he "needed time to smooth things over" with Bettman, according to ESPN.com. Rodier subsequently asks Leipold, "Will you be talking to Gary to calm him down some more?"
Leipold eventually went ahead and announced an agreement in principle on May 23 to sell the team to Balsillie for $238-million (all currency U.S.).
Shortly thereafter, Balsillie obtained the lease for the Copps Coliseum and took season-ticket and suite deposits in Hamilton, actions aimed at satisfying requirements in the NHL's constitution pertaining to relocation.
But it is another area of the constitution that may have made Bettman cool to the idea of a franchise in Hamilton.
Section 4.3 seems to indicate that any team can veto the move of another into its territory, meaning that the Toronto Maple Leafs would be able to block a franchise move into Hamilton with a single vote against.
"No franchise shall be granted for a home territory within the home territory of a member without the written consent of such member," the constitution states.
However, the NHL insists that that is not the case, citing bylaw 36.4, subsection C, which states that a simple majority vote would allow any team to move. That bylaw, however, applies only when the league is advised by counsel that its constitution may be unlawful regarding franchise relocation.

For the few or the many who may be interested and would like to consider what course of action can be adopted nation wide as being sound, feasible and especially needed to assure that Canada will soon retrieve its former hockey glories and international status, there are two main proposals and possibilities to consider. Adopting these changes may be the starting point of a new era, a new format of hockey excellence, for our players, our fans, the nation and our financial establishment.
First, the formation of a Canadian National Hockey League --secondly the reestablishment of the Stanley Cup as our symbol of our National Hockey Champions.
Is such an idea possible, practical, conceivably or unsound and contentious? It depends on how one looks at it and the needs that exist. Other than banking and politics Canada no longer has a defining national industry. It has a few companies working successfully in the industries of other countries and in the world of international trade and industry, but not one singular Canadian industry to call our own and profit from. So the national need exists for a significant hockey program which will once again restore our international status in the most Canadian of all worldwide athletic enterprises.
The needed cities are there, the hockey talent is there, the money for franchises is there. All player contracts will provide for payment in Canadian Dollars. There are enough fans paying enough money presently for NHL games in Canada, to support successfully an entirely Canadian enterprise as our own professional hockey league. Our Canadian Junior hockey leagues turn out a couple hundred hockey players a year. Europe does the same. If European countries can support their own hockey leagues, Canada should be able to do so also. Presently there are National hockey leagues in the Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Belarus, Slovakia, Finland, Austria, Japan, Sweden, Latvia, the Ukraine, Russia, Italy and Norway. There are two hundred and eighty European hockey players, 28 percent of the leagues' total employed presently by NHL teams. Approximately six hundred and fifty Canadian born hockey players earn their living playing in the NHL. These players were born and raised in Canada and played their minor and junior hockey for cities and towns across the country. Canadians and expatriated Canadians make up the great majority of the managers, coaches, and supervisors of the hockey and business affairs of the National Hockey League league and its franchised member teams.
IT IS TIME TO BRING LORD STANLEY HOME
There are twenty-four American cities with NHL franchise teams ; Canada has six franchise teams. These odds make it very difficult for Canadians across the country to see the day when Canada will once again celebrate a Stanley Cup championship. Lord Stanley's trophy of hockey excellence and superiority in Canada, donated in 1893, is now more at home south of the border. The National Hockey League began in 1917 as a Canadian enterprise with headquarters in Montreal, Quebec and remained that way until the election of John A. Ziegler, Jr. of Grosse Pointe, Michigan (Detroit) as the League’s President in 1977 who the made the NHL a American Corporation and centered its headquarters in New York City.

OPEN LETTER TO PEOPLE INTERESTED IN ITALIAN HISTORY WHO DO NOT READ HISTORY BOOKS

If you consider yourself to be Italian, by birth, marriage, or heritage, but find yourself living most or all of your life outside of Italy as first, second and third generation sons and daughters of Italian Immigrants in the many lands in which these brave, proud and very enterprising people settled in during the past two hundred years, (14,000 Italians immigrants came to America in 1820-1860) and know very little about the recent war history of Italy, or someone simply interested in Italy and its history, then this important message is for you:

YOU HAVE BEEN LIED TO

You have been told ever since 1945, by every media means known and available to the authors of these slanderous lies , that Italy and its people were forced to live their lives for twenty-one years under a political regime of a very evil, corrupt and vain dictatorship, and that finally in 1943 Italy was invaded by the Allied Armies of America, Canada, Britain, Australia, and others and freed and liberated from this period of Fascist terror and crime, and that the Italian Prime Minister of Italy, from 1922 to 1943 was assassinated by “patriots” and his body and others were hung and desecrated in a public space in Milan , a ruthless display of civic brutality of now seen and known to the entire world, by sixty years of publication in films and photos, as a just award for a man who caused the enormous suffering and atrocities of the Italian people for the last two years of the war in Europe.

HOW CAN I PROVE TO YOU THAT THIS IS ALL A FABRICATION OF LIES AND DISINFORMATION?

As an author of two books on the life and times of Benito Mussolini written in the past ten years I now see that the vast majority of people do not read history books, but rather get their important ideas about war and its causes via television, radio talk shows, films, newspapers and magazines. These can be weapons of mass misinformation and have become the new learning centers for millions around the world and especially here at home.
The truth is I can prove to you in my two books that the normal everyday media historical information about the life of this Italian Prime Minister is bogus information from start to finish. Google alone has a million and a half search items available when a search for Mussolini is initiated. Each page of items presents a menu of pro and con points of view regarding these war years of 1940 to 1945, and very little to say about Mussolini’s Italian political, economic, social, religious and cultural progress in the years from 1922 to 1939

So then what is to be done?

First, read carefully the now famous words of Richard Washburn Child. United States Ambassador to Italy in 1928, written as an introduction to an autobiography of Benito Mussolini, after his first six years as the Prime Minister of Italy. I have provided a copy of this now historically important Introduction Document for your examination

It is far from my purpose to elaborate the material in this book, to interpret it, or to add to it.
With much of the drama it contains I, being Ambassador of the United States at the time, was
intimately familiar; much of the extraordinary personality disclosed here was an open book to
me long ago because I knew well the man who now, at last, has written characteristically,
directly and simply, of that self for which I have a deep affection.
For his autobiography I am responsible. Lives of Mussolini written by others have interests of
sorts.
“But nothing can take the place of a book which you will write yourself,” I said to him.
“Write myself?” He leaned across his desk and repeated my phrase in amazement.
He is the busiest single individual in the world. He appeared hurt as if a friend had failed to
understand.
“Yes,” I said and showed him a series of headings I had written on a few sheets of paper.
“All right,” he said in English. “I will.”
It was quite like him. He decides quickly and completely.
So he began. He dictated. I advised that method because when he attempts to write in longhand
he corrects and corrects and corrects. It would have been too much for him. So he dictated. The
copy came back and he interlined the manuscript in his own hand – a dash of red pencil, and a
flowing rivulet of ink – here and there.
When the manuscripts began to come to me I was troubled because mere literal translators lose
the vigor of the man himself.
“What editing may I do?” I asked him.
“Anything you like,” he said.” You know Italy, you understand Fascism, you see me clearly as
any one.”

But there was nothing much to do. The story came through as it appears here. It is all his and –
- what luck for all of us – so like him! Approve of him or not, when one reads this book
one may know Mussolini or at least, if one’s vision is clouded, know him better. Like the
book or not, there is not an insincere line in it. I find none.
Of course there are many things which a man writing an autobiography cannot see about
himself or will not say about himself.
He is unlikely to speak of his own size on the screen of history.
Perhaps when approval or disapproval, theories and isms, pro and cons, are all put aside the
only true measure of a man’s greatness from a wholly unpartisan view-point may be found in
the answer to the question:
“How deep and lasting has been the effect of a man upon the largest number of human beings
-- their hearts, their thoughts, their material welfare, their relation to the universe?”
In our time it may be shrewdly forecast that no man will exhibit dimensions of permanent
greatness equal to those of Mussolini.
Admire him or not, approve his philosophies or not, concede the permanence of his success or
not, consider him superman or not, as you may, he has put to a working test, on great and
growing numbers of mankind, programmes, unknown before, in applied spirituality, in applied
plans, in applied leadership, in applied doctrines, in the applied principle that contents are
more important than labels on bottles. He has not only been able to secure and hold an almost
universal following; he has built a new state upon a new concept of a state. He has not only
been able to change the lives of human beings but he has changed their minds, their hearts,
their spirits. He has not merely ruled a house; he has built a new house.
He has not merely put it on paper or into orations; he has laid the bricks. It is one thing to
administer a state. The one who does this well is called a statesman. It is quite another thing to
make a state. This is super statesmanship. I knew him well before the world at large, outside of
Italy, had ever heard of him; I knew him before and after the moment he leaped into the saddle
and in the days when he, almost single-handed, was clearing away chaos’ own junk pile from
Italy. But no man knows Mussolini. An Italian newspaper offered a prize for the best essay
showing insight into the mystery of the man. Mussolini, so the story goes, stopped the contest by
writing to the paper that such a competition was absurd. Because he himself could not enter an
opinion.
In spite of quick, firm decisions, in spite of grim determination, in spite of well-ordered
diagrammed pattern and plan of action fitted to any moment of time, Mussolini, first of all,
above all and after all, is a personality always in a state of flux, adjusting its leadership to a
world eternally in a state of flux.
Change the facts upon which Mussolini has acted and he will change his action. Change the
hypotheses and he will change his conclusion.
And this perhaps is an attribute of greatness seldom recognized. Most of us are forever hoping
to put our world in order and finish the job. Statesmen with some idea to make over into reality
hope for a day when they can say: “Well, that’s done!” And when it is done – often enough it is
nothing. The bridges they have built are now useless, because the rivers have all changed their
courses and humanity is already shrieking for new bridges. This is not an unhappy thought,
says Mussolini. A finished world would be a stupid place – intolerably stupid.

The imagination of mere statesmen covers a static world.
The imagination of true greatness covers a dynamic world. Mussolini conceives a dynamic
world. He is ready to go on the march with it, though it overturns all his structures, upsets his
theories, destroys all of yesterday and creates a screaming dawn of tomorrow.
Opportunist is a term of reproach used to brand men who fit themselves to conditions for
reasons of self-interest. Mussolini, as I have learned to know him, is an opportunist in the sense
that he believes that mankind itself must be fitted to changing conditions rather than to fixed
theories, no matter how many hopes and prayers have been expended on theories and
programmes.
He has marched up several hills with the thousands and then marched down again. This
strange creature of strange life and strange thoughts, with that almost psychopathic fire which
is in saints and villains, in Napoleons, in Jeanne d’Arcs, and in Tolstoy, in religious prophets
and in Ingersolls, has been up the Socialist, the international, the liberal, and the conservative
hills and down again. He says: ”The sanctity of an ism is not in the ism; it has no sanctity
beyond its power to do, to work, to succeed in practice. Failed yesterday and succeed tomorrow.
The machine first of all must run!”
I have watched, with a curiosity that has never failed to creep in on me, the marked
peculiarities, physical and mental, of this man. At moments he is quite relaxed, at ease; and yet
the unkown gusts of his own personality play on him eternally. One sees in his eyes, or in a
quick movement of his body, or in a sentence suddenly ejaculated, the effect of these gusts, just
as one sees wind on the surface of the water.
There is in his walk something of a prowl, a faint suggestion of the tread of the cat. He likes
cats – their independence, their decision, their sense of justice and their appreciation of the
sanctity of the individual. He even likes lions and lionesses, and plays with until those who
guard his life protest against their social set. His principal pet is a Persian feline which, being
of aristocratic lineage, nevertheless exhibits a pride not only of ancestry but, condescendingly,
of belonging to Mussolini. And yet, in spite of his own prowl, as he walks along in his riding
boots, springy, active, ready to leap, it seems, there is little else feline about him. One quality is
feline, however – it is the sense of his complete isolation.
One feels that he must always have had this isolation as a boy, isolation as a young radical,
adventurer, lover, worker, thinker.
There is no understudy of Mussolini. There is no man, woman, or child who stands anywhere in
the inner orbit of his personality. No one. The only possible exception is his daughter Edda. All
the tales of his alliances, his obligations, his ties, his predilections are arrant nonsense. There
are none – no ties, no public predilections, no alliances, no obligations unpaid.
Financially? Whom could he owe? He has made and can unmake them all. He is free to test
every officeholder in the whole of Italy by the yardstick of service and fitness. Beyond that I
know not one political debt that he owes. He has tried to pay those of the past; I believe that
the cynicism in him is based upon the failure of some who have been rewarded to live up to the
trust put in them.

“But I take the responsibility for all,” says he. He says it publicly with jaws firm; he
says it privately with eyes somewhat saddened.
He takes responsibility for everything – for discipline, for censorship, for measures which, were
less rigor required, would appear repressive and cruel. “Mine!” says he, and stands or falls on
that. It is an admirable courage. I could, if I wished, quote instance after instance of this
acceptance – sometimes when he is not to blame–of the whole responsibility of the machine.
“Mine!” says he.
And in spite of any disillusionment he has suffered since I knew him first, he has retained his
laugh – often, one is bound to say, a scornful laugh – and he has kept his faith in an ability to
build up a machine – the machine of Fascism – the machine built not on any fixed theory but
one intended by Mussolini to run –above all, to run, to function, to do, to accomplish, to fill the
bottles with wine first, unlike the other isms, and put on labels after.
Mussolini has superstitious faith in himself. He has said it. Not a faith in himself to make
personal gain. An assassin’s bullet might wipe him out and leave his family in poverty. That
would be that. His faith is in a kind of destiny which will allow him, before the last chapter, to
finish the building of this new state, this new machine –”the machine which will run and has a
soul.”
The first time I ever saw him he came to my residence sometime before the march on Rome and
I asked him what would be his programme for Italy. His answer was immediate: “Work and
discipline.”
I remember I thought at that time that the phrase sounded a little evangelical, a phrase of
exhortation. But a mere demagogue would never chose it. Wilson’s slogan of Rights and Peace
and Freedom are much more popular and gain easier currency than sterner phrases. It is easier
even for a sincere preacher, to offer soft nests to one’s followers; it is more difficult to excite
enthusiasm for stand-up doctrines. Any analyses and weighing of Mussolini’s greatness must
include recognition that he has made popular throughout a race of people, and perhaps for
others, a standard of obligation of the individual not only exacting but one which in the end will
be accepted voluntarily. Not only is it accepted voluntarily but with an almost spiritual ecstasy
which was held up miraculously in Italy during years, when all the so-called liberals in the
world were hovering over it like vultures, croaking that if it were not dead it was about to die.
It is difficult to lead men at all. It is still more difficult to lead them away from self indulgence.
It is still more difficult to lead them so that a new generation, so that youth itself, appears as if
born with a new spirit, a new virility bred in the bones. It is difficult to govern a state and
difficult to deal cleanly and strongly with a static programme applied to a static world; but it is
more difficult to build a new state and deal cleanly and strongly with a dynamic programme
applied to a dynamic world.

A MAN BORN TO SAVE ITALY

These laudatory well chosen words by Mr., Richard W. Child, and Ambassador of one of the world’s newest and most important nation on the European scene seemed to ignite a furor of admiration and praise for both Italy and its new Prime Minister. Thousands of people around the world became Mussolini admirers along with a long line of important world leaders daily making their way to visit Rome to see who and talk with this new young Prime Minister to learn what made this man the highest ranking politician amongst all the leaders of the western world.

When Benito Mussolini became the Prime Minister of Italy in 1922 Italy was a broken, bankrupt country that had suffered great losses of young Italian soldiers fighting in Northern Italy in the war of 1914 to 1918 and had all the promises made by their allies the British and the French taken away by the Treaty of Versailles. Italy was destitute and found itself as a country without any hope or promise of a brighter future. Mussolini in a few short years changed that beak national reality to one of hope and promise for both the country and the Italian people. They now had a man of action and political genius to lead them out of that state of despair that was felt in every region and province of the country. For this new leadership they named him Il Duce, the leader, teacher and law giver.

Mussolini, now only 37 years old, was now on the minds of every government in the western world of nations .Italy rejoiced at his every success, but these proved to be troublesome for those nations that up until 1922 had their own way of operation and saw his energy, drive and ambitions for the Italian people as a direct threat to their plans for the world. Indeed, they had another war in mind for the past ten years and were shocked at the speed and efficiency of Italy’s recovery from despair and the progress made under the leadership of this new dynamic man called Il Duce.

SO THE PROPAGANDA MACHINE WAS SET IN MOTION IN LONDON, PARIS, WASHINGTON, AND MOSCOW FROM WHICH A VIRTUAL TORRENT OF LIES AND FALSEHOODS POURED FORTH FROM THESE GOVERNMENTS VIA VARIOUS MEDIA AGENCIES.

These vicious attacks on Italy, Fascism, and the Prime Minister were orchestrated initially from London the products of Lord Louis Mountbatten, Sir. Anthony Eden, Lord Robert Cecil. Winston Churchill admired Benito Mussolini but as an astute factotum became the front man for this British program of an all out assault against Italy and Fascism. Communists, Marxists, Zionists, Freemasons, Capitalists and Liberals all joined in at various periods of this 1939 political world with their vile messages of anti-fascist propaganda. They all knew that Italy was becoming a whole new nation with this new Fascist concept of governing a nation and did not want to see it survive and grow on its own merits: They were determined to have another war and had their war, which took the lives of sixty million people in six short years.

Much is known but little is said or published of the major role played by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt of the United States and his very important moneyed Zionist minded friends in the U.S.A. Under a cloak of neutrality, this president and his coterie of bankers and industrialists had their dirty hands in every one of the early stages of international diplomacy which eventually led to the outbreak of war in Europe on September, 3, 1939.

IN SUMMATION

The Allied military presence in Italy began with the invasion of Sicily on July 10, 1943 when Mussolini was no longer Prime Minister. His successors, as arranged by agreement with the Allied Forces, all left Italy for other lands and left the nation and its people to a period of absolute social, political, economic and military confusion and suffering.

They marched and bombed their way northward through the entire peninsula and then eventually took over the government and control of the nation in Rome on June 4, 1944.

And bombed they did. They bombed most of the major cities and industrial sites from Naples to Milan as they wished, destroying much of Italy’s historically important sites and regions including parts of Rome. Their excessive and now seen as unnecessary bombing raids was a military/political program of callous revenge, terrorist bombings on a country and a people who had no army, no government and no will to continue the war. The tragedy of bombing of Monte Casino stands out as a classic example of the gratuitous Allied bombing strategy.





IF THESE CHAOTIC DAYS OF CIVIL STRIFE AND CONFUSION ALONG WITH THE COMPLETE COLLAPSE OF ALL GOVERNMENTAL ORDER AND ASSISTANCE ALONG WITH A LEGACY OF FOOD SHORTAGES AND STARVATION ARE THE DAYS THAT YOUR GRANDFATHER, OR YOUR FATHER OR MOTHER, OR GREAT UNCLE OR AUNT RECALL AND BLAME IT ALL ON THE SHOULDERS OF BENITO MUSSOLINI, THEY ARE MAKING A MISTAKE, ALTHOUGH HE PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE OF A PATRIOTIC MARTYRDOM, HE WAS INNOCENT OF THESE LAST DAYS OF NATIONAL SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL CHAOS, DOUBLE DEALINGS, TREACHERY. VINDICTIVENESS AND DIVERSE POLITICAL AND MILITARY COMMANDS WHICH WERE THE ORDER OF THE DAY.

This landing in Italy was not a day of liberation, as is celebrated each year, but rather an Invasion of Occupation. They, the Americans are still there; in the Italian Constitution, in three military bases and especially in NATO of which Italy is a member. It is unknown if this was a political choice or an obligation of all post war governments of Italy.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM – WHAT IS THE GOAL –WHAT IS THE PRIZE

Britain began a series of wars in this far off land nearly 200 years ago (1839-1842) (1878-1880) and were eventually sent packing by a fierce band of native tribal warriors
Russia also invaded this remote, mountainous country in 1979 with tens of thousands of troops equipped with modern weapons of war and were also driven out of the country by these same national tribal warriors in 1989.

The United States boycotted the Russian 1980 Olympics as a protest against this invasion, and then in league with Britain in October, 2001 the USA began an intense bombing campaign in Afghanistan, supposedly looking for one solitary man they believed to be hiding in one of their mountain areas.

Today, a NATO International Security Force (SAF a collection of allied nations) is carrying on this doomed attempt to “westernize” the people of this region of the world and to mount an assault all their social and religious beliefs.

Afghanistan’s President, Hamid Karzai, has been showered with billions of US dollars since this new invasion began and today he stands by idly while thousands of his civilian population is being murdered as a result of this on going “War on Terror.”

When Will The USA Leave Iraq?

At a Press Conference July 12 President George W. Bush answered several dozen questions about his plans for a withdrawal of American Troops from Iraq. He dodged them all with his now standard replies knowing fully well that the USA will never consider any timetable of withdrawal for their occupation of Iraq as this complete and total occupation of Iraq was the real motive for their military attack on Iraq and is only the first step in the birth of establishing a military, economic and political beach head for the reasons seen below:

WHY THE INVASION?

Upon closer inspection it will be seen that the State and the Governments of Israel are not Judaic
nor does the State follow and believe in and observe the ancient beliefs and practices of Judaic
Law. Israel is a secular state. It is a modern Anglo-American- Zionist State given over to a goal
of global political influence and economic power and domination. The State of Israel is their
beachhead to the entire Middle East.

THEY NEVER LEAVE

Today they remain and maintain multiple military bases in Italy, Germany, Japan, and even a small military base in Great Britain. They now have over 1000 military bases and installations covering the entire globe.

WHAT IS ITALIAN FASCISM

FASCISM -- WHAT IS IT?

What was it then - what is it now!

Fascism was born in Italy in 1917, especially in the young mind of Benito Mussolini, upon his return home as a wounded veteran from the trench-warfare of World War One experience. He and 145 other Veterans gathered together in a small hall in Milano on March 23, of 1919 and as a result formed a veteran’s association known in the Italian language as the Fasci di Combattimento. They and the rest of the Italian Army had fought gallantly in the war, along with their allies the British and the French armies and lost many precious young Italian lives to the war which raged in the Northern mountains of Italy and as a result were promised many post-war rewards for themselves and the Italian Nation as the victors against the German- Austrian Empire. At the Conference of Paris in 1918 they, along with the Italian people, found out the reality that they were not to share in any of the Italian territorial fruits of victory, but instead were to lose former Italian cities and territories in the new political arrangements then announced and established by the main Treaty political powers -- Britain, Russia and France. Italy and Italians now felt betrayed by their former Allies

Fascism was given a prominent role to play in Italian National life due mainly to the war’s devastation upon their land and the nation’s pride After the war the country was suffering from many ills. A host of economic and social problems were apparent in every region of the country. The nation was exhausted by sacrifice, having suffered nearly two million casualties, far greater than anyone had anticipated, and its citizens now faced severe food shortages and disastrous levels of unemployment. Most importantly Fascism became their defender in the many street battles which then raged in their cities and towns of Italy between these war veterans and members of Italy’s Communist party. The country faced the very real danger of becoming another European Communist State under the authority of the new and powerful influence of the Russian Communist International program led by Joseph Stalin and others.

Fascism is a product of the Italian People -- it is as Italian in nature as is Italian grand opera, architecture, art, literature, science, religion, culture and industry. It is not course and brutal but is as intellectual and refined as were the many social glories and civilized qualities of the former golden age of the Italian Renaissance and its many human benefits bestowed upon the world in general.

FASCISM IS A PRODUCT OF THE ITALIAN PEOPLE AND THE ITALIAN ANSWER TO ITALIAN NEED

As Italian Fascist social and economic political successes grew and were being seen and admired and even copied by other nations of the world, Fascism was judged to be too intellectual and dangerous for certain Western nations to comprehend and control. These nations began to gather, as vultures do, to attack and defeat by propaganda every premise, every ideology, every program and every institution of this new social order in Italy. After all, it was they who were running the political affairs of the world, not this young, peasant born, brash upstart in Italy. The Italian people were fortunate enough to have this young brave political genius born into their midst in 1883 in the small hamlet of Predappio, Italy.

Typical of the news from England is the following 1936 report from the Italian Embassy in London: “ The British Liberals, Labourites, etc., especially the latter, are a conglomerate of fanatics, necessarily anti-Fascist, who represent what I call the “historic beast” of England. They are the same fanatics who six centuries ago burned Joan of Arc and four centuries ago beheaded Mary Stuart and later Charles I. Not for nothing was Mary Stuart’s executioner an ancestor of the Cecil family, of which Lord Cecil is the last notorious descendant. A year ago the “beast” almost got the upper hand. But it did not succeed in dragging the British people into a crusade against Italy, although it managed to drag the Baldwin Government… . Anti-Fascist fanaticism had made them (the Labour Party) accept the Conservative’s rearmament programme not as a necessity of defence but as a means of defence against the Fascist threat.”And now what has it become in today’s world. Fascism in its lower case spelling fascism has become a convenient term to label and describe anyone one or any government in the past as being mean-spirited or a part of a brutal totalitarian regime. It is pinned on whomever, whenever or wherever a writer or a government spokesman wishes to malign a person or a government having no affiliation with any Italian connection either presently or in the past. It is a sign of literary and or intellectual laziness or a predisposed need to continue the hateful assault on the Italian people, Benito Mussolini or the Italian Fascist Government that governed Italy from 1922 to 1943 in the fear that another Il Duce may one day be seen on the political scene. It has become the main media weapon favoured by a phalanx of modern media commentators of all stripes when they wish to demean and demonize anything that does not have the favour and approval of the world’s new breed of Internationalists.

Oxford’s Latin Dictionary has this to say “ fascis, is , m. bundle, parcel; fasces, pl. bundles of rods, carried before the highest magistrates of Rome, usually with an axe bound up in the middle of them; the power or office of a magistrate.

A rebirth, or a renaissance of Benito Mussolini’s concept of a prosperous well governed State, in its truest Italian form, still scares the daylights out of today’s main centres of political power and influence, and as such these vicious attacks against the person and the programs, institutions and government of Mussolini must continue and be maintained at all costs. The political and social Italian ideas of Il Duce are still too intellectual, too fundamental and too powerful for most Western minds to comprehend or deal with.
The Persistence Of Fascism is remarkably analogous to the age old chronicles of the Persistence of Roman- Italian Catholicism, the timeless Italian Renaissance, the poignant dramatic passions of Italian Opera, the radiant illumination of Italian Culture with its myriad expressions of genius, charm, fascination, and international admiration.

THE MAKING OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR 1939-1945

A global assemblage of historians, authors, enemies, and admirers alike are all too quick to point
out that here was Mussolini’s great mistake — the war! Most of these commentators and their
conclusion give none, if any, consideration to the many differing factors which created the now
infamous war of 1939 to 1945, which caused the demise of the Fascist Government in Italy, and
eventually Benito Mussolini’s death on July 28, 1945. He was not the author of these events. He
was forced to protect the interests of Italy first, and secondly the fate of his Fascist Government
which had taken Italy by the bootstraps in 1922 and made it a great Nation once again. He was
sufficiently aware of the secret and scandalous rationale and of the hidden agendas which were
then being played out across Europe and the world. For Benito Mussolini there was no way out!
He was forced to choose and to act. He was given no choice in these vicious, cruel and devious
International Affairs. He knew that if Adolph Hitler’s government was defeated in Germany by
the Allies, that in a matter of days Italy would be militarily invaded and be forced to replace its
Fascist Government.
Much of the fault for the war lays mainly with the citizens of the world who believed all that they
were told and were given to read without question or further inquiry and who willingly send their
sons and daughters away to war albeit some were compelled to do so by the Conscription
Legislation Requirement of their own government. Long periods of economic depression and
long lines of unemployed men were also useful for the creation of instant armies. These same
citizens themselves soon became the prime targets of war in their own cities and houses with the
advent of new and highly lethal equipment of air warfare which changed the concept of a
battlefield of warfare forever.
Germany and The Soviet Union signed a mutual Non-Aggression Pact on August 23, 1939, one
week before England and France declared war on Germany, September 3, 1939.

On September
17 Soviet Russia invaded Eastern Poland with the full knowledge of England and France.

The
German- Russian Non-Aggression Pact was terminated on June 22, 1941. On February 28, 1942
England and the United States signed a Anglo-American Mutual Aid Agreement, which included
a program to supply the Soviet Russia with an unprecedented amount of war centered finances
and vast supplies of military equipment produced primarily in the U.S.A. In reality what the Allies
did with this agreement was rent a country to absorb the full brunt of the powerful and disciplined
German Army’s attacks. The Russian Front proved to be The War Front which saved the Allies in
Europe until the U.S.A. entered fully into the war after December 7, 1941 and subsequently
invaded Europe.
Soviet Russia, with 18 million war dead, was duped into entering a war of ideological and
economic survival by the Western Allied leaders and as a result of their decision suffered these
great losses of men and much of its national infrastructure. Today Russia finds it self a nation
beholden to the Western Nations for its economic survival and plays a secondary role in the
International affairs of the new world order of nations. Poland with over five million war dead
ranks second in the list of martyred lives. This is the very nation that England and France swore
to protect even if war was needed to assure their freedom and independence.

Mussolini had no dealings in these national and international European War maneuvers, except
for his own decisions to protect Spain from an clear and present danger of becoming a Communist
State and the removal of Spain’s then Reigning King. and in Ethiopia where he inherited a long
held Italian legacy and anger of the memory of 14,000 Italian soldiers being massacred at the
blood-drenched battlefield of Aduwa in 1896. These soldiers were literally cut to pieces by
Emperor Melenik II’s tribal armies of Ethiopia.

He declined all invitations of international travel to attend conferences and meetings, saying “My
business is here in Italy” At the behest of Neville Chamberlain, then Britain’s Prime Minister, he
chaired and animated the historical Peace Agreements signed at Munich Germany, on September
29, 1938.

Winston Churchill, far from being the wise, brave, British Statesman/Saint as he is now painted,
was never the less a knowledgeable factotum in the affairs of modern Europe. He understood that
Britain alone was no military match for the renewed German Military might which Britain now
faced, as a result of their declaration of war against Germany on September 3, 1939. By this
declaration Britain and France put both of their countries at risk and grave danger. The German
Army swept through Belgium and France in only two months of early 1940 and completely
destroyed the British and French armies gathered there to defend the Western Front of the war.
The Great wall of France, the Marginot Line took twenty-one years to build and was designed as
a protective wall of defense from any advancing armies from the East. It stretched from
Switzerland in the North to the Mediterranean in the South. It was a series of underground, ultramodern
tunnels of defense which failed in the face of the onslaught of the German Army on which
France had the audacity to declare war. The German army was now only 25 miles away from the
British Coastline and 90 miles from London. One unexplained and unexplored aspect of the war
remains an open question: If England was truly the ultra archenemy in the eyes of the Germans,
the German Military might could have invaded England and found total victory there within
weeks or months. Instead England was seen to the German Command as a tottering old lady
whose time had now past after a dubious career of instigating and meddling in the affairs of other
nations. The Germans did not attack with its full military might. If they had it would have meant
that the United States would have had to invade England from three thousand miles away in order
to overthrow the German occupation of Great Britain. England now was in an immediate need
of a military savior. They acquired two in 1941 — The United States and the Union of Soviet
Socialist Republics. On September 29, 1941, Russia, England and The U.S.A. signed a mutual aid
agreement in Moscow when Joseph Stalin, Averell Harriman of the U.S.A. and Canadian born,
Baron William Maxwell Aitken, Lord Beaverbrook, of England concluded a Lend Lease
Agreement which guaranteed that Russia could afford to open a Second Front against Germany
in Eastern Europe. At the time Russia’s Soviet Comintern was Western Capitalism’s sworn
enemy, committed to an ideology which had a goal to conquer and dissolve the economic and
social fabric of the Western Capitalist nations of the world — they had been committed to this
economic revolutionary goal since 1917 at the time of the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia.

ITALY AND COMRADES OF HEBREW RELIGION

AN ARMY OF SCHINDLERS FROM ITALY

Oskar Schindler, flawed hero of Steven Spielberg’s monumental film, “Schindler’s List,” came
to Poland a profiteer and ended up a rescuer of many hundreds of Jewish lives. His story’s entry
into the world, via Mr. Spielberg’s justly celebrated film, calls to mind a number of other
unlikely rescuers of whose exploits little has been heard, however much they are known to
historians.
I have in mind, namely Hitler’s allies, the Italians, whose government ministries and army and
highest political circles moved heaven and earth to see to it that not a single Jew was deported
from Italy. They schemed, they plotted, they resorted to the wiliest of strategies and delaying
efforts -- including the invention of the most wonderful complicated “census-taking” known to
man -- to ensure that no Jews under their governance fell into German hands. Not for nothing
does the history of these plots sometimes read like farce.
Not only would the Italian government -- reflecting the popular attitude of the citizenry at large
-- resist deportation, its army and consuls undertook extraordinary efforts to rescue Jews in their
zones of occupation. As an Axis partner, Italy’s forces occupied a large sector of Greece, part of
Yugoslavia, and eight sectors of southeastern France, including Nice.
The attitude of the occupying Italians with regard to Germany’s extermination plans for the
Jews was made immediately clear to the great distress and confusion of the Germans and their
French allies. For, as soon as the Vichy government rounded up Jews for arrest and deportation,
the Italians military and foreign ministry demanded -- and obtained -- a stop to the arrests and
deportations.
In Annecy, the French police, who had rounded up a trainload of Jews for deportation, found
themselves looking at the barrels of guns trained on them by soldiers of the Italian Fourth Army
In Greece, the Italian consuls and military - witness to the brutal deportations taking place
before their eyes -- busied themselves handing out phony certificates of “Italian nationality” to
the hunted Jews.
In Nice, the Italian commandant stationed carabinieri outside the Jewish communal center and
synagogue to make certain that Vichy police could not enter to make arrests.
What there was in the character of the Italians that made their resistance to mass murder so
implacable, so different from that of the Vichy French, is a question we may ponder -- and one
for whose existence we may be grateful.

FASCISM AND COMRADES OF HEBREW RELIGION

It is useless to deny that in the national-popular universe there exists different opinions both on
the question of present Israel or on the Jewish Italian world or, better said, on Italians of
Hebrew religion.
The Jews in our national territory have never been actually persecuted by Italians who in the
vast majority of cases always helped them and hid them at risk of their own life and by often
paying with dire consequences.
And we have numerous examples of soldiers, officers, officials, and comrades of the Militia,
Police, and Carabinieri who defended them and removed them from the furious and murderous
irrationality of German killers.
And we have heroes like Perlasca, comrade of the Spanish war and sent to the East, a Fascist
from the start, who with his incredible effort, saved thousands to the point that he, a Fascist,
was honored in Israel as “ Righteous Among Gentiles”.
It is true that Italy, because of its alliance with Hitler, produced the most ridiculous “Race
Manifest” but never with the terrible consequences as in Germany where the infamous
“Nuremberg Laws” allowed every possible abuse on harmless people who were at the mercy of
the Gestapo.
Is there still resentment and suspicion from the Italian Right against the Jews?
No, there is a rage of a different nature and an irrational pressure of a minority that directs over
them traditional targets and divergent frustrations not bound to a coherent political train of
thought and to adult and mature behavior.
How many ties there are between the Fascism and the Comrades of Hebrew religion?
Many, even though both the Right and the national and international Hebrew community have
willingly ignored them because of that absurd policy of a partly historic revisionism.
There was a great number of Italian Jews who supported the ascend of “Il Duce Mussolini”,
five of them were among the 119 who founded the Italian Fascism Corps at San Sepolcro
Square in Milan on the 23rd of March 1919 and Cesare Goldmann was responsible for
organizing the event.
Among the “Fascists Martyrs” who died in the conflict between 1919 and 1922, three were the
Comrades of Hebrew religion, namely D. Senigaglia , G. Balaffi, and B. Mondolfo and 746
Italians of Hebrew religion in 1923 were enrolled in the Fascist party while more than 300
were alongside Il Duce in the famous “ March to Rome”.
And this without counting the immense economic contribution that many of them gave to the
newborn Fascist party and to the important friends of Mussolini.
Aldo Finzi, a Comrade of Hebrew religion, was the pilot who flew over Fiume together with G.
Dannunzio and was one of the nine elected in 1921 as Congressman and later became Vice-
Secretary at the Interior Ministry and a member of the Great Council.

Dante Almansi was second in command to the police chief De Bona and Guido Jung was
Finance Ministrer from 1932 to 1935.
Maurizio Rava was Vice-Governor of Libya, Governor of Somalia and a General of the Fascist
Militia.
Renzo Ravenna was a very personal friend of Italo Balbo, a very first member of the Fascist
squad and for 15 years a Ferrara Podesta (Mayor).
Ugo Foa was awarded decorations many times for Militia Valor during the Great War, a lawyer,
and among the very first enrolled in the Fascist Party was very important Official until 1939.
And did you know that the first Dean of the University of Rome was Giorgio Del Vecchio a
Comrade of Hebrew religion?
And what can we say of Margherita Sarfati, lover of il Duce before Claretta Petacci, publisher
assistant to the news paper “ Popolo D’Italia” and Co- Editor of the “Gerarchia” (Hierarchy),
the ideological magazine of the Regime.
Aside from these cases, from 1929 to 1935 there were 4920 Comrades of Hebrew religion
accepted into the party and the exact percent (10%) of the Italian Hebrew population of that
time and the same as those enrolled to the Party in relation to the global population.
And this until the “Arian” blunder.
It is necessary to think and reflect on history itself without denying the evidence of the mistakes
made and in the hope of arriving at what J. Evola defined as “The true awareness of the reality”
in order to reach moral and internal fulfillment.

THE TRAGEDY OF BENITO MUSSOLINI

The tragedy of Benito Mussolini is truly an Italian Tragedy reflecting all the human values which
are normally portrayed in great Italian Theatre and on the Opera stage, but there is no nation, no
culture, no region on earth that is immune from living through a like or similar tragedy. Their
young sons and daughters may spring from the ranks of the poor to lead and transform a nation
and a people only to find, once again, that the Internationalists of the world will decide their fate
and destiny and the future of their nation from which they sprang, with the cracking of whips and
machine guns.
Benito Mussolini may in future generations be forgiven all the sins that have been visited upon
him, but the Italian People and citizens of the world will most definitely not forget him or his
legacy.

HISTORY IS BUNK

There are persistent media reports that Benito Mussolini was not assassinated as
history tells us by Walter Audisio but rather by British Agents who beat Audisio
and the Communists to the Lake Como scenario and did the job as instructed.
Why. To save Winston Churchill’s universal prestige and legacy. There are
reports also that Churchill visited the Lake area of Italy shortly after the
capitulation of Italy to the Allies to search for a satchel of compromising top
secret letters that Mussolini had with him when he died. These letters and
documents would greatly damage the British Government and its Prime
Minister.
Regardless of the truth of these matters behind the immediate assassination of
Mussolini, one simple fact remains: Benito Mussolini, a man of brilliant
intellectual gifts of learning was head and shoulders above all the Military and
Political leaders of England, The United States, Russia, and Germany and as
such had to be eliminated. He was not allowed to live past April 28, 1945
because he knew far too much about these people, their programs and their
Governments.

It was Henry Ford who once remarked “ History is bunk “ when asked his
opinion of political history.

Historians and governments have shaped the way we think of the combatants
and leaders of the Second World War. But are these beliefs we have correct?

AFROAMERICANS

Except for professional Afro-Americans and those fortunate enough to work in the Big Three
automotive industry, Black American citizens have borne the brunt of recent Federal domestic
spending cuts. Housing, health care, education, anti-poverty, and transportation program benefits
have all dried up or have been greatly reduced and have stranded large groups of Black citizens
to live in decayed and socially inadequate urban centers. They live as a hidden island of humanity
surrounded by the seemingly sumptuous accommodations of neighboring suburban residential
and commercial communities of better trained and educated White Americans. These so-called
city “ghettos” are in reality only dumping grounds for the nation’s massive and ever deteriorating
social and economic human refuse and a breeding ground for a multitude of anti-social acts of
tragically dysfunctional families. African Americans now number approximately thirty-five
million souls — enough for a country of their own. Israel did it and Quebec is trying — both have
populations of six million people. Deprived and discounted Black Americans number in the
millions. The United States Department of Health reports that six hundred thousand — 600,000
men, women and children remain homeless every night in the United States of America. Five
million — 5,000,000 — American families and recipients received USA welfare benefits in 2001
— there are six million men and women incarcerated in the nation’s prisons — 100 of which will
be executed each year. The advent of the nation’s concerns about street crimes, property security
and personal safety have given rise to a national culture of state control and has given birth to a
host of repressive laws governing individual behaviors including the dreaded and highly
dangerous policy of racial and minority “profiling.” American politicians have demonstrated that
they do not have the personal or party will to financially attack this international social and civic
embarrassment in order to end forever the lingering affliction of being born a Black Citizen of
the United States of America. Black Americans should not waste their considerable talents time
and money trying to change the White America society in which they live and work daily. They
should be applying their enormous talents and energies creating their own society, culture, and
eventual nationhood somewhere in the world. If they do not act with confidence their once-in-alifetime
opportunity may disappear from their sights forever. It gets tougher to do every year.

THE SEEDS OF WAR

Contrary to modern popular belief, the seeds of World War 2 were not planted in Berlin, Rome,
and Tokyo. They were disseminated initially in Paris, France in June of 1919. The Paris Peace
Treaty of Versailles was destined to become the first forewarning of the inevitability of an even
greater war that was to follow in twenty years. The six months of conceiving and articulating
the 440 Articles of the Treaty would eventually change the history of European politics,
economics, and society and serve as a prelude to the commencement of another war. The
ruthlessness of the unforgiving highly restrictive national, military, and financial repayment
terms of these Articles, became a virtual guarantee that Germany would have no other option
than to go to war once again, to protect its national sovereignty and independence from the
mandates of the Triple Entente powers of Britain, France and Russia. When England and France
declared war on September 3, 1939, Germany was ready, willing, and most able to once again
regain its economic freedom from the stringent terms of the Treaty of Versailles. In preparation
Germany had assembled what was to become the most multitalented, rigorously trained, and
highly devoted military force that the modern world had ever seen.
Italy remained neutral and worked vigorously and persistently in an attempt to find a solution,
or at least a compromise, that would eventually end in a peace agreement between the warring
nations. Italy saw this as the only way to ward off a prolonged and damaging war in Europe.
After seven months of fruitless efforts in this search for peace, and now knowing that a
diplomatic solution was not possible or even sought by the Allies, Rome decided that it also
would soon be a target of their military forces, and decided that its best and only solution was
to engage the nation in this ongoing war, in order to save the nation and its government from
the certainty of being invaded by Allied troops. On June 10, 1940 Italy ended its neutrality and
entered the war, united with the German Government.
This horrendous war that claimed 55 million lives and that destroyed much of the infrastructure
of global civilizations, was a product of the hallowed political and financial halls of England,
France, Russia, and the United States of America. In order that the real reasons for this war
would never be made known to the world, a perpetual propaganda crusade of words, images,
and voices would be required. A media arsenal of falsehoods, misrepresentations, untruths,
forgeries, lying, exaggerations, provocations, frauds, fabrications, deceits, shams, double
dealings, and hypocrisies, was duly fabricated and has been unabashedly promoted ever since
by these four Allied Nations. This unending campaign of treachery and deception has served
them well now for sixty years.
The United States and Britain decided to launch the two Persian Gulf Wars of February 1991,
and March, 2003, using an identical collection of falsehoods and political deceptions in order to
justify another unnecessary war. It succeeded in 1939 in Europe and worked again in the
Middle East. The formula is simple. It works every time.

WARS AND THEIR COSTS

War is an act of force by a state that is intended to compel a declared enemy to obey the will of
that society. The purpose is to bring into submission the opponent and to render the opponent
incapable of further resistance by destroying its capability and will to bear arms in defense of
its own sovereignty. War is a continuation of politics carried to the extremes of violent and
destructive means as an instrument of policy.
Some will say in wars inevitability “but there has always been wars as far back in history as the
Biblical ages of man, and the recorded history of nations, tribes and regions.” This universal
observation is obviously true and historically a matter of record. These wars have been initiated
and waged in the past for territorial and or sovereignty needs of certain nation states. Some
have been fought to recapture a kidnapped princess, but these are few and far between - brutal
foot-soldier wars were fought in fields, villages, towns, and cities, either in foreign lands, or as
wars of defense of ones own country. Kings, Emperors, and Empires were always the deciding
factors in whether a war would be fought because of long standing grievances or wars of
economic, social, and territory considerations. Each had its reasons.
But, since 1914 there have two major wars affecting the common people of the world, initiated
and fought, not for the reasons listed above, but for an entirely new and highly perilous
hypothesis - the economic, social, and political control of the nations of Europe, Asia, the
Middle East, and the Far East. This is a new and far more dangerous theatre of war-making.
With modern technologies at work, fewer soldiers are now needed, and much greater damage
can now be achieved in a day or two, with a series of well placed bombing attacks on the major
civilian centers of the nation being attacked from high overhead. Solders do die eventually, as
they enter these bombed out areas, but not in the numbers of civilians killed by these aerial
assaults upon a nation and its population.
World War I extinguished ten million lives of military men fighting, mainly in highly
dangerous and inhospitable trenches, burrowed into the battle fields of Europe, another twenty
million were wounded. World War II, 1939-1945, the second and much greater war than the
Great War of 1914-1918, claimed fifty-five million lives. Twenty million were civilian lives -
nearly fifty percent of the total of lives extinguished in a few terrible moments of time, in the
six short years of total worldwide warfare. These are the published statistics. They are mainly
an extrapolation of the actual numbers which are known only, in real terms, to the families of
those that lost loved ones, as a result of these two twentieth century wars. The utter savagery
and brutality of the second war consumed many bodies that will never be identified or counted -
some were vaporized as a result of America’s decision to use the Atomic bomb in Japan in
1945.

WAR LORDS AND THEIR WAR GAMES

Who are these men who travel to the far ends of the earth to meet in secret rooms and conceive
and execute special and far reaching agendas in concealed documents which in due course will
affect the lives, fortunes and destiny of millions of global citizens their families and their
children? Are the Americans? Are they English or British? Are they Jews? Regardless of what
their passports show and state they are none of the above. They are Internationalists! Their loyalty
and their allegiance is to another concept of a nation state still unannounced and unnamed — but
nevertheless fully developed in their minds

From whom did they received their mandate and their authority to do such things? It is too easy
to say from the results of a free and democratic election. If that is the one and only honorable
way for citizens to select their political leaders it is a flawed system of government. They exist
and operate veiled by the modern day chimere of Liberalism, Democracy, Freedom,
Conservatism, Monarchy, Federalism, International Treaties and Alliances, and Government by
Administrative Decree.

The world has now had two hundred years of democratic maleficent rule
by their elected heads of governments and in some cases their heads of state. Surely the average
citizen now knows what is being told to him and what is actually being done regarding the state
of affairs of their governments and like sane and rational men and women should have a pretty
good idea of who are the bandits and who are the robbed. Today many democratically elected
governments are using their tax based revenues for their private enrichment and their global
sectarian goals and ambitions.

MUNICH 1938 PEACE AGREEMENT

The English

Mussolini, in an attempt to test the British waters again, began by approaching the new Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, the son of his old friend in England, Austen Chamberlain. He did this as he was not as trustful of his German ally as he let the world believe. This was 1938 and the fires of wars and the threat of wars were being stirred. One reason for his hope that Britain might be different was that Anthony Eden, whom Mussolini did not like or trust, had resigned from the government. But, once again, he was disappointed. Britain, he said, was thoroughly confused in her attitudes and policies and the general population was led to believe, by anti-Italian press releases and news coverage, that Fascism was an evil that must be stamped out for the sake of democracy and freedom. Neville Chamberlain made a last overture to Mussolini. He offered to meet with Germany and France to arrange for the transfer of the Sudetenland, a disputed region of Czechoslovakia, to Germany. Mussolini chose Munich as the site of the meeting and arranged the conference, to be held on September 29, 1938. The world cheered this peace initiative. Mussolini was the centre of the world's attention by this master stroke of diplomacy, by having deterred Hitler from his promised action of military movements against the government of Czechoslovakia. Mussolini was the only participant at the Munich conference who spoke all the languages of their meetings, and he went from one delegation to another clarifying points. Mussolini acted as the conference's host and chairman. He opened the meeting by stating the demands of Germany. The meeting then broke up into bloc meetings, with Mussolini carrying messages and information and his input between the delegations. He dominated the conference and Hitler yielded to him time and time again. He told the British and the French that the situation between Czechoslovakia and Germany was not a matter of significant importance to plunge the world into another World War.

On September 3, 1939, Prime Ministers Chamberlain of England and Daladier of France announced to their respective parliaments that their earlier promises of peace were premature and their countries bilaterally declare war on Germany. England, the first to attack, sent bombers to Germany's North Seaports and destroyed the ships they found in their harbours.

All through this period, Mussolini remained resolved in his decision to remain neutral, but was becoming very concerned about the future status of Italy and Fascism. He began to see himself and his country being surrounded by conflicting groups, which would threaten Italy's future regardless of whatever decisions he made.

P.S."This Peace Agreement" did not please certain people in England and The United States who were working actively to create a theatre of war in Europe and Asia. In England it was Sir Winston Churchill, Lord Louis Montbatten, Sir Anthony Eden, Lord Robert Cecile and others made up the War Political and Propaganda Machinery of England, in the United States it was Franklin Delano Roosevelt and in Russia it was Joseph Stalin. In 1939 they got their desired war which lasted until 1945 and claimed the lives of 60 million military and civilian deaths.

THE RED FLAG OF NATIONAL DEFECITS

Today the red flag of national deficit financing flies over the capital cities of Washington, London,
Paris, Rome, Berlin, Tokyo, and Moscow. It has replaced the Stars and Stripes, the Union Jack,
the Maple Leaf, the tricolors of Italy, France, Germany, Russia, and the red globe of Japan.. Thesenoble patriotic national emblems may become symbols of the past great history and gallantry of
a people. They are all now in danger of being permanently replaced by the international flag of
Internationalists and their associated money lenders.
The United State’s Federal Government now carries a federal financial debt load of six trillion
plus dollars. Municipal, County, State, and private debt obligations would double or triple this
nation’s financial obligations. The USA is not alone in this regard. The countries of Great Britain,
Canada, Italy, Germany, Japan, and Russia are each carrying a near bankrupt national balance
sheet. These excessive national debt programs are seen as being necessary by the political leaders
of these nations. Other countries are faced with massive and ever mounting financial debt
problems which now appear to be insurmountable without facing a period of civil strife and the
ensuing political and economic reorganization requirements.
Canada’s annual televised Budget announcement with its insipid display of pomp and ceremony
by the government and its Financial Minister makes a burlesque of the House of Parliament’s
proceedings with its proposed financial program announcements. Every item on the Minister’s
agenda is met with a rousing round of desk thumping and government shouts of “here, here,”
with an occasional “foul” call from the members of the opposition. The Finance Minister and
the Prime Minister are attired in their Sunday best — complete with new shoes and lapel
bouteniers. No mention or reference is ever made of the Nation’s accumulated financial debt.
Canada has a Federal debt of six hundred billion plus dollars. — far too much for the size of
the population and the Country’s Gross National Production. Canadians would do well to
demand that a National Debt Clock be installed in a highly visible space in their House of
Commons. The government and its cabinet of ministers and the members of the opposition
would together all be aware of the Nation’s financial debt obligations as they debate spending
bills currently before the House. Buried deep in the body of this National Financial debt may lie
the seeds of Canada’s demise as an independent nation of the world.
These huge, unprecedented international financial deficits of vast amounts of repayable
loan obligations are now approaching hundreds and thousands of billions of dollars, are
designed to serve two purposes. One to create a false and exaggerated live style standard of
living for those people now living in these indebted nations. Two, and possibly what may be the
prime purpose of these debts is the creation of vast pools of financial capital debt into which
their friends and associates can safely and profitably invest their hordes of cash. The interest
payment cheques go out to these investors daily, weekly, monthly and yearly who may
eventually control the economic life, fate and future of these indebted democratic nations.
Left to their own devices all the governments of the western world will spend their nation’s wealth
into another worldwide depression. National security and terrorism now demand it?

THE LAST FOUR YEARS

The last four years have been spent researching, writing, and designing my second book on the life and times of Benito Mussolini titled: The Last Centurion - Volume II - A Political Road to Martyrdom. Today it is finally finished to my satisfaction and fulfills my every literary ambition and all my historical considerations. It is intended to communicate to the reader previously little known or unpublished Italian historical military and political facts that are required by anyone hoping to gain a clear understanding of Italy’s role in the Second World War and to correctly understand many of the various underlying political principles and motivations that led to the great European and Asian military conflicts of 1939-1945.
It is also a goal of this publication to provide the same reader with important and needed political background information concerned with today’s existing turbulent political state of affairs: These must be seen as the offspring of the European and Asian political results of the military conclusions of WW2.

A WARNING TO THE WORLD FROM 1919

Benito Mussolini’s Words of Warning to the World
In 1919 in a speech in Milan he said:

Today the only way not to live in fear of revolution is to think that we are now in the full swing of one. I am not afraid of the word I am a revolutionary and a reactionary. I am afraid of the revolution which destroys and does not create. I fear going to extremes, the policy of madness, at the bottom of which may lie the destruction of our fragile mechanical civilization, robbed of its solid moral basis, and the coming of a terrible race of dominators who would reintroduce discipline into the world and re-establish the necessary hierarchies with the cracking of whips and machine guns. At the same time, as regards reaction and revolution, I have a compass in my pocket which guides me. All that which tends towards making the Italian people great finds me favorable and, vice versa, all which tends towards lowering, brutalizing, and impoverishing them finds me opposed.

These International Dominators in the past hundred years have taken the peoples and the countries of the world "hostage" to their own secret programs of political domination and economic exploitation of the world’s populations and its riches. They have gained total and complete political, social, and economic power in today’s modern democratic societies by infiltrating and corrupting the noble aspirations and ideals of the early Grecian philosophical concept of a social order of a Democracy here on earth. Their political hold on "nuclear military power" has made them into a collection of super nations and organizations - they hold all the power in their hands, in our skies, in our oceans, and now in outer space, enough power to make them unchallenged in any meaningful way by men and nations of different political ideas, social values and economic concepts. They have done all this with the consent and the approval of the people in our modern democratic process of periodic public elections. They now own the popular voting concept of electing a worthy and beneficial government of a nation. People have been programmed into the false belief that they and they alone have the power to select the government, when in reality their voting is but a prelude to a mandate of full and complete dictatorship by the executive branch of any modern democratic nation. Democracy often ends as soon as the last ballots are counted in many countries that have democratically elected governments in today’s political world.

CURRENCY - A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION

Further to this military and political power given to the government by way of democratic elections is the absolute and unlimited potential of their taxation and spending powers of the nation’s currency. Private Citizens may spend it on the things they need and want in daily life but it is not their money. It is the government’s money - they own it. They have only loaned it to their citizens and to the world through a system of banking organizations created, approved and known to them. They have the power to inflate its value, deflate its value, and flood the markets of the world with it, all within the jurisdiction of an appointed Federal Banking System. Paper money used in today’s society is only backed by the Faith and Good Will of the government. It has no intrinsic value in itself. Economic and military history has taught the world that these currencies can be reduced dramatically in value over night.

THEY HAVE US ALL FOOLED

Who are the members of this new "terrible race of dominators" as envisioned by Mussolini early in his political career? Are they the new order of politicians who have captured and taken hostage the power reigns of our democratic political world, who say one thing while secretively planning another "truth" entirely while advocating promises of freedom, liberty and justice to the world? They are not listed in the former catalogue of known political antagonists of the past centuries. They are a morphogenetic association of men and ideas emerging from those previously known, labeled and easily recognized secret societies and forums. They have disrobed themselves and today look like everyone else, regardless of race, creed or political associations. Only they know who they are and what their plans for the nations and the peoples of the world are, but slowly but surely they expose themselves by acting out their military, social and political disciplines around the world.

Yesterday’s prophetic legacy explains today’s political world agendas.
Surely we are old enough and wise enough to know those persons and organizations that have the levers of political, economic and media power in today’s world. They are the same as when he was alive. These people are killers: They killed John F. Kennedy and got away with it! They killed Robert F. Kennedy and got away with it! They killed Martin L. King and got away with it! They killed Doctor Gerald V. Bull (Canadian) and others and got away with it!

Today’s killing of innocent men, women, and children must be stopped now!

HIGHLIGHTS OF PROFESSIONAL LIFE AND INTERNATIONAL REPUTATION

• At age 34 Gerry Bull was the youngest full professor ever appointed by McGill University.
• First national press coverage - Toronto Star, 1958
• An ingenious method of putting satellites into space has been devised by a team of researchers under brilliant, Toronto born Dr. Gerry V. Bull.
• For a fraction of the money the United States was spending on rocket launches I am certain we can put satellites into orbit using a gun. The prospect was ideal for Canada, a rich nation in technology but a nation with a limited budget.
• Bull's arrival at McGill University in 1961 began the start of high-profile research in gun-launched projectiles, which would be known as the High Altitude Research Projectile project (HARP), with a firing range located in Bermuda.
• The Canadian Government announced that funding for the HARP project would cease as of June 30, 1967.
• Bull opened negotiations with Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont where he found a lot of interest in continuing the HARP research project.
• A missile, weighing 170 kilograms, had reached nearly 92 kilometres, a wold record for a gun-fired space shot. On November 18, 1966 one of Bull's Martlet missiles was fired to a height of 180 kilometres establishing a world record for the next twenty-five years. The record shot was achieved at the American Army's firing project at Yuma, New Mexico.
• As a result of the U.S. Army's funding and testing of Bull's project HARP, he became linked permanently to the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.
• Enter the Bronfman family of Seagram fame and fortune in May of 1968. Attracted by the growing potential of the HARP programme, they agreed to purchase Norwich University's interest in HARP and privatize the programme. Space Research Corporation was now an independent commercial enterprise in complete control of the promising state of the art ballistic research laboratories and workshops and the firing ranges in Bermuda and Highwater, Quebec. Gerry Bull was appointed technical director of the program.

• Gerry Bull now had an international reputation and ownership and control over enough missile power to start a major war. He had a firing range in the Barbados and ownership of Big Betsy, then the largest missile gun in the world. Intelligence agencies from every major military power in the world were well aware of the brilliant ballistic work of Gerald Vincent
Bull and saw the military potential of his ballistic research and concepts. He was now seen as a major scientific figure by Defence Departments from the Far East to Washington, D.C.

• Dr. Bull was internationally involved, as a private consultant, in bullistic and nuclear research and weaponry to a wide range of countries -- South Africa, the United States, China, and eventually and possibly fatally to Iraq. Without a doubt he was now the world's leading expert of present day and future military utilization of supergun theory and projects.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CRISIS

Gerald Vincent Bull was an extraordinary complex multi-talented man -- scientist, multi-millionaire, philosopher, prophet. In 1980 he was found guilty by an American court of exporting munition supplies to South Africa, in violation of then existing United States laws and United Nations' international sanctions against South Africa's governmental apartheid system of racial separation and discrimination. He was sentenced to a one year jail term, with an exemption of six months, to be served at the minimum security Allenwood Prison Camp in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Bull was embittered by the charges against him and the evidence provided at the trial which he thought was false and misleading. He was under the impression that he had been operating and working under the auspices of the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States and had their full cooperation and assistance in the shipment of military materials to South Africa. He felt that he was being used as an expedient scapegoat by then President, Jimmy Carter. Some years later he found evidence that cleared him of these charges. He was now bankrupt, hospitalized, under psychiatric care and confined to jail. He was released after serving four and a half months. After a brief vacation in the Carribean with his wife Mimi he moved immediately to Europe. He was completely disillusioned with the governments of the United States and Canada. He flew to Paris in 1981 and went on to Brussels where he rented a small kitchenette apartment. There he began to build a new company as he had received several invitations from the Chinese government to visit them in order to discuss his work. They were interested in his HARP programme. He made an application to have his Canadian passport renewed and was shocked and hurt to learn that his Canadian citizenship had been revoked as Bull had previously taken on American citizenship in Vermont which was done purely for business reasons. The Canadian government exercised its option in this matter, although Gerald Vincent Bull had never lived in or worked for any company or institute in the United States. Bull wanted to retain his Canadian citizenship and travel passport but was forced, by these circumstances, to use his American passport.

Before leaving for Europe Bull was quoted as saying:
"Canadian civil servants have sabotaged the Canadian Defence industry for the last twenty-five years. The New York City police force is about as large as the Canadian Defence Department and far better equipped. I was proud of Canada during the Second World War, but not now. As for the United States -- they're a gutless, confused bunch. The United States has obsolete conventional weapons and no morale in their Armed Forces. They could not defeat Timbuktu in a fight."

ON HIS OWN -- BRUSSELS 1981-1990

The last twenty-two years of Dr. Bull's life were engagingly successful and driven years. His dream of designing and building a supergun now seemed only a few shorts years away. In the late 1980's the concept of a supergun seemed to be on everyone's lips. He was now international recognized and held in the highest esteem by his fellow scientists and major players in the murky governmental world of international military economics and politics. The arms race was heating up to a feverish pitch.
Bull was planning a gun of vast proportions and staggering potential The barrel was designed to be 156 metres long. With the breech and recoil mechanism fitted, the entire gun would be close to 200 metres in length -- the bore of the barrel 1 metre wide. The breech was to be large enough so that two men could walk around inside the space created. The projectiles would be rocket-assisted and be powerful enough to put a 50 kilogram satellite into orbit. Bull saw his supergun as a less expensive satellite launcher rather than a military weapon. Bull had previously proposed such a satellite launching gun to the United States and to NATO's top commanders -- they both elected to wait for future developments in Gerald Bull's programme of a supergun satellite launcher. No matter what Bull told everyone about his concept of a supergun being build exclusively as a less expensive method of launching satellites, there were those who continued to declare it to be a weapon of such fearful destructive potential that it would upset the balance of power in the Middle East. They were certain to use this distorted propaganda to further their international agendas. In Iraq's case, they needed an economical method of launching their own spy satellite into space in order to compete with Israel's then operational spy satellite.

His life in Brussels was one of unrelenting work involving both negotiations for potential contracts and the necessary scientific research and design work. In early months of 1990 Gerry Bull began to notice that someone had been entering his apartment while he was away working at his office or on a trip out of the country. Nothing was taken and no money every stolen, but whoever the intruders were they left behind clear evidence that they had been there. Also his luggage was beginning to be often "lost" at the airports he used in his travels around Europe, Asia and the Middle East. This became such a problem that he was forced to carry extra underwear and toiletry items in his carry on bags. His luggage was always "found" a day or two later and sent to him wherever he was staying. He could only conclude that the C.I.A., M16 or Mossad, or all three had gone through his things while his luggage was officially designated as "lost." All of this hassle and harassment came with the territory, his advisors and friends assured him -- there was nothing unusual in these methods for anyone as well known as Bull in the military arms business. He had suspected for some time that his telephones were tapped and that his mail was being tampered with. His last apartment "warning" was shortly before he was murdered. He returned home to find that his furniture had been rearranged and his set of drinking glasses has been replaced by another set of glasses which he found in his kitchen cupboard. Now everyone advised him to take these signs seriously and to discuss these matters with the police and his closest friends and advisors. Bull disregarded their advice as he knowingly believed that if these people wanted him out of the way there was nothing he could do to stop them. A more serious and troubling message was received in a letter from Luis Palacio, a vice president of Space Research Corporation and a long-time friend and associate for the past thirty years. Luis told Bull that a Palestinian contact, who had connections with a well known international arms dealer, told him that the Israelis had decided to eliminate Dr. Gerald Bull. They would use people who could not be traced back to them in Israel.
At this same time Gerry Bull's apartment manager had accepted a deposit from two men with strong foreign accents, who wished to rent an apartment in the Cherrideau area of Brussels. They supplied him with references and asked that a rental lease be drawn up. They told him that they would return to sign it but in the meantime they wanted to have a set of keys for the apartment and for the front security entrance door in order to work on the apartment redecoration. He gave them the keys. They never returned and their references proved to be a list of fictious names and addresses.

DEATH IN BRUSSELS

The 22nd day of March 1990, the first day of Spring, was a cold wet day in Brussels. Gerald Bull was a weary man when he prepared to leave his office that night shortly after seven in the evening. He had plans to have dinner that night with a friend, Helen Gregoire. After continually travelling for the past few weeks, he was looking forward to spending a quiet evening having dinner with Helen. He was now 62 and found travelling, with its steady diet of airports, air planes, business meetings, and hotel living an exhausting experience. His secretary Monique Jamine offered to drive him home. She stopped at a local bakery to buy a loaf of bread which he needed. Over his right shoulder he carried, as always, his large black canvas bag which contained all his important documents and papers. Bull left the car when they arrived at his apartment and walked to the entrance door. Monique watched from the driveway as Bull let himself in and walked to the waiting elevators. He took an elevator to his apartment which was number 20 on the sixth floor. A short time later Helen Gregoire discovered his body lying in a heap in his apartment doorway when she arrived to meet him. She screamed thinking he had a heart attack. Her scream was heard by a downstairs neighbour who ran to see what the trouble was. They then telephoned for an ambulance. Gerald Vincent Bull was dead, shot five times. On the carpet under his head were large blood stains. The police were then notified.

The Brussel's police issued the following statement:
A person or persons not currently known to the authorities, walked down the hallway early in the evening of March 22, 1990 and fired five shots from a silenced pistol, into a Canadian businessman who was about to open his apartment door. The body of Dr. Gerald V. Bull was still warm when the horrified woman who was to have dinner that night found him scant minutes later. The killer or killers, left behind a corpse with $US20,000 dollars in its pockets.
This still unsolved murder sparked a series of sensational stories by the global media about a cannon so gigantic that could shoot a missile around the world. A newspaper obituary covered Gerald Bull's life with these few words:
"Born in 1928 into a large Catholic family in North Bay, Ontario. He was a child of the depression. When his mother died in 1931, his father sent him to live with a relative, who later placed him in a Jesuit College."
Doctor Gerald Vincent Bull was buried in St. Bruno, Quebec in April of 1990. His headstone is inscribed; When reason sleeps, Justice is badly served.

A LICENCE TO MURDER
"We don't know for sure who killed my father. But among the things that I find very hurtful is that the media seems to think that if the Israelis were responsible and if they killed him because he was working for Iraq, then it's okay. In other words, that they had some kind of right to do it. Now if the Arabs had killed an American or Canadian citizen, for whatever reason, there would have been outrage and there would have been inquiries and investigations. The Americans, the Canadians, have done nothing to solve my father's murder. It is as if Ottawa and Washington have sanctioned the killing. If that is true, then it stinks. No one had the right to shoot my father in the back." Michel Bull

Is Gerald Bull's son correct in his suspicions about the reporting on the fatal shooting of his father? This observation on his part seems to imply that certain nations and certain governments have been granted the right to eliminate anyone not in harmony with their ideologies, their programmes and their national and international ambitions. Did Gerald Bull not have the right to live out his normal natural life and did not his family have the right to have their husband, father and friend with them until such time that he would die from natural causes? Do not the citizens of Canada deserve to have their right to life protected and safeguarded by their own country? In the case of murder, do not Governments have the duty and the responsibility to bring the murderers to justice?

Who are these assassins? -- are they demented anarchists or mere employees of clandestine, treacherous governmental agencies. There was no reason whatever for any enraged radical to plan and carry out Gerald Bull's death. There can be no doubt it was someone recruited and paid by a government which had much to gain and little to lose by putting the fatal "hit" on Dr. Bull that evening in Brussels. Only three or four countries come to mind when one considers the motive needed to cause such an international scandal and worldwide publicity, unless they had previously engaged themselves in other terrorist assassinations and found that they came away from it without any harm to their national and international reputations. World Judicial Courts, charged with enforcing International Law, have shown themselves to be without any legal position or influence in the Gerald Bull case. Given this laissez-faire judicial scenario, the assassins and the assassinators have obtained an international licence to kill. Gerald Bull's death has become a classic example of international, see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Too many questions can spoil the whole political, economic and political agenda of international arrangements. Let Evil be! This may be the best policy when dealing with lawless nations and governments. The lack of proper and thorough inquiry and investigation into the Bull murder by the governments of Belgium, Canada, Israel, and the United States can be seen as an arms length sanctioning and approval of the "hit" by person, or persons unknown to the authorities.
The assassin or assassins, whoever they may be, may by this time also be the victim of an untimely accidental death. They know too much and will be seen as the weak link in the brutal chain of command. The main perpetrators of this crime remain above board, duly elected democratic pillars of society, with international fame and honours to their credit. They stand erect before inter-governmental bodies and international organizations and lecture the world, without any hint of apology, self recrimination, doubt or shame. They remain mute and claim no explanation or knowledge for the untimely death of Dr. Gerald Bull.

From the assassinations of Julius Caesar 44 B.C., Thomas Beckett 1170, and Abraham Lincoln 1865, to our own troubled and eventful times, this devious method of eliminating political foes and trouble-makers, who may threaten the present regime with its deep dark secrets, has been the favourite tool of silencing voices which threaten positions of power and influence.
A notable few who have paid the supreme price at the hand of an assassin -- Archduke Franz Ferdinand 1914; Benito Mussolini 1945; Mahatma Gandhi 1948; Indira Gandhi 1984; John F. Kennedy 1963; Robert F. Kennedy 1968; Martin Luther King, Jr. 1968; Anwar Sadat 1981; Aldo Moro 1978; John Lennon 1980; Malcolm X (Malcolm Little) 1965; Oscar A. Romero 1980; Lee Harvey Oswald 1963; Yitzhak Rabin 1995; General René Schneider 1970; Dr. Salvador Allende 1973; Six Jesuit Priests and two women housekeepers, El Salvador 1989. Each of these reprehensible fatal deeds were planned, authorized and executed by a person or persons known or unknown, who see themselves and their agendas as a law unto themselves, not subject to any sovereign, humanistic or natural law. In their own judgement of things they had the right to possess or to issue a licence to kill. They decide who lives and who dies. They robe themselves both as judges and executioners in their cloistered rooms of deliberation and agendas.

Michel Bull's further comments:
The Americans, and the Canadians, have done nothing to solve my father's murder. It is as if Ottawa and Washington have sanctioned the killing. If this is true, then it stinks. No one had the right to shoot my father in the back.
If Michel's charges are accurate, then this whole tragic episode is a sad and somewhat frightening commentary on the motives of both governments and their citizens. The one logical conclusion which can be drawn from reading Michel's comments and suspicious is the likelihood that further investigation is not needed as the killer or killers and their employer or employers are known. They know who ordered and organized the hit on Doctor Gerald Vincent Bull, March 22, 1990, Brussels, Belgium. A new modern and dangerous, Murder Incorporated has been born and given a licence.
In his last conversation with officials from Iraq, Stephen Bull, Gerry Bull's third son, was told that their intelligence said his father had been shot by agents of Israel's Mossad. They also believed that Israel's political leaders would not sanction that action without consulting American political leaders as Dr. Gerald Vincent Bull was then legally an American Citizen.
Michel and Stephen liquidated the assets of their father's Space Research Corporation and settled its accounts. They closed the Brussels office shortly after Dr. Bull's burial. While clearing out Dr. Bull's office, Michel found a page of company notepaper on his father's desk. In his own handwriting Gerry Bull had written, as best as he could recall, the words of "The Canticle of Brother Sun" a prayer chant written by St. Francis of Assisi in 1225. Gerald Bull ended his version of the canticle with these words "Blessed are they who live in peace."
